We Love Lake Sinissippi Mural

An open call for mural designs went out well over a year ago. Eight submissions were received. From those submissions, the PATH Arts & Gateways committee selected a design submitted by local resident, Grace London.

At the time, Grace was in her junior year of high school, intent on pursuing a career in art. Grace and
her parents, Nate and Carrie London led the project and spent myriad volunteer hours prepping and
painting the mural with the assistance of other committee members. The mural is a true labor of love
for our community and was completed just in time for Grace to head off to her next chapter: college!
Grace just began her first year of college at Carroll University in Waukesha. She is majoring in graphic
design and minoring in marketing. Grace is a truly remarkable young woman, and we expect she’ll do
amazing things! We’d also like to thank JW Electric for donating the use of their lift and to Look
Lawn Care for the in-kind labor.
