Lions Park Playground

The Hustisford Lions Park Playground Project is meant to replace and update the existing, outdated playground in Lions Park with a modern, safe, and inclusive play area for children ages 5–12. This will be a complementary addition to the playground equipment added in 2022 for children 6 months to 5 years old, which was made possible by a generous grant from the Greater Watertown Community Health Foundation. With the Hustisford schools now disbanded, our community has lost an important gathering place for children and families, making Lions Park more important than ever as a place to connect, play, and build community. Our goal is to raise $300,000 through grants, local and corporate business sponsorships, community organizations, and individual donations. Fundraising and grant applications will begin in 2026, with construction targeted for 2028, creating a lasting investment in the children, families, and future of Hustisford.
